Thanks to its permanent Polish collaborator, theatre scholar and translator Gabrijela Abrasowicz, the Croatian Center ITI has established a collaboration with PC Drama, which has been hosting a stage reading of contemporary Croatian drama for the third year in a row.

After the performance – directed by Małgorzata Brajner, translated by Gabriela Abrasowicz, and performed by Małgorzata Brajner and Karol Lelek with video accompaniment by users and users of the Home on Fromborskiej – the audience had the opportunity to talk to Espi Tomičić, the author of the play himself.

The Performative Readings (PC) Drama cycle has been in existence for 15 years. The performative readings are directed by established directors and starred by well-known Polish actors. The organizer selects both domestic texts and plays from abroad. The Żak Club, where everything takes place, is one of the most important places on the cultural map of Poland where dramatic writing is promoted. So far, plays by Ivor Martinić and Ivana Sajko have been read in Żak.
